Located on the hillside of Alborz mountain range, Tehran is the largest city and the capital of Iran. It is also the most populous and largest city of the Middle East and Southwestern Asia. Tehran of today, with plentiful highways and giant towers, including the Milad Tower, the fourth tallest tower in the world, is a modern city within the heart of ancient Iran. Whilst the inhabitants of Tehran are around 11,000,000 , daytime population is estimated beyond 15,000,000.

Tehran is encompassed with beautiful sights of Mount Tochal in the north, and the  dormant Damavand Volcano , the highest peak in Iran. It is also a city of art, trading, palaces and many museums.

The summit conference hall is located in the Shahid Beheshti Medical University , one of the most prestigious medical universities in the region that is in the northern part of Tehran in Velenjak.
